Thlog #8
Alrightttt!!!! I finished up all of the writing projects!! I felt so relieved when I completed it and turned it in. It might be the worst piece of writing that I have ever done in my life, but it’s done. Just thinking about that made me so relieved. Then, before I could even get comfortable, I realize that I have to do this 15 minute long group presentation and also I just found out that our portfolio (which is our final and is worth 30% of my grade) is due soon too. Man, and here I was just starting to get comfortable and starting to think that I was all done. Oh well, I guess that's college for me. Another thing for you guys, this is one of my last blogs guys. :( The end is coming near. I sure am going to miss all my fans once I am gone. But let's not think about the future, I still have some work to do. While in class today, learning about my portfolio for the class, the assignment sheet said that I had to revise my first two WP’s and make a reverse outline and kind of rewrite them. I thought to myself, “what the heck man, I spent hours working on those and now I have to pretty much rewrite them.” The once Zack explained that it wasn’t going to be too hard I kind of calmed down a bit. There are many things that I know I can improve upon in my past essays. I feel like I better understand genre and conventions since the first essay and I feel that I can improve upon those. Then for the WP #2, I know that's a train wreck. I am going to have to look at that again to find out what I did wrong because I blocked that one out of my mind. Dark days man, dark days. I know I got some work to do. So I am going to sign off for right now and I will see you guys later. I have some work to do. Wish me Luck!!!
